Dave Rose
Dave was born into the Nursery industry, being the son of John and Penny Rose, who started the nursery back in the early 1970's. Before taking over Sydney Wildflower nursery, he managed Forest Native Nursery, which was the growing nursery of Sydney Wildflower Nursery. Dave has been around plants all his life and has an incredible knowledge of native plants.
Narelle Happ
Narelles’qualifications include Certificate II and III in Wholesale/Retail Nursery at Ryde TAFE. Started working at Sydney Wildflower Nursery in 2007 and during this time has also completed two workshops in Garden Design with Judith Sleijpen and has extensive work experience in Garden Design. Narelle is one of the Garden Design consultants at the nursery.
Paul Keane
Paul started working in our nursery in early 2008. He completed his Trade Certificate 3 in Horticulture at Ryde TAFE. Gardening is his favourite pastime. He breathes, eats and sleeps plants. His favourite plant is the tree waratah (Alloxylon flammeum).
Kath Gadd
Kath started working at the nursery in mid 2008. Her industry qualifications include Certificate II in Conservation and Land Management, Certificate III in Horticulture and a Certificate in Permaculture Design. Kath also has extensive work experience in Garden design and is one of the Garden Design consultants at the nursery.

Scaevola albida "Blue Ribbons"

"Fan Flower"
Scaevola "Blue Ribbon" is one of the many different forms of Scaevola albida, also known as the 'Fanflower' due to its fan shaped flowers. An extremely hardy, low growing groundcover (sometimes mounding on itself creating dome like shapes), will give you colour from September right through the summer months, and even into April/May. Prefers a well drained soil, and the more sun - the more flower! Prune after flowering for best growth in the cooler months.
